I thought the name 'Justice Pheroze Jagose' rang a bell - it was he who ruled back in 2019 that Regional Facilities Auckland was right to cancel two controversial Canadian speakers. Appeals upheld his ruling but watered it down a bit, with higher courts acknowledging there were public interest dimensions to the case. The Free Speech Union has gone from strength to strength since that time, helping win many cases despite the loss of that one, the first it contested if I recall correctly.

Fascinating. Brother is a cancel culturist

I wanted to hear from Lauren Southern & her mate Stefan at the time. Now I know who to blame for the ridiculous cancelling action. Thanks. Southern & Molyeux’s crimes of course are that they’re not ashamed to be white. Well, nor is Boris.

None of us are Boris but the likes of the Jagozes would like us to be. Increasing number of Indians in Academia trying to make it so as well.

Not only are Maori customs ‘amorphous and undefineable’ but ALSO even the definition of who is, or is not, a Maori is amorphous and undefineable.

It absolutely does my head in to see a Solicitor General like this (people who SHOULD be rational and not use terms they cannot define) make sweeping statements like the statement that we cannot interpret the TOW without “Maori”.

Just who are these “Maori”? How are they defined? If someone has 10% Maori blood, are they “Maori”? 5%? 2%? So many of the most radical and noisy and demanding of the “Maori” activists and leaders have PISS ALL actual Maori DNA. At what point do we say that they are just pretending? Grifting? If ANYONE can just identify into Maori-hood, then the term “Maori” becomes meaningless.

No genetic test available to test for Maori ancestry. We’re told New Zealand’s Maori population is getting up towards 20%. How so? I’m blessed with a range of Maori friends and acquaintances who are mostly sceptical about this race based extremism and grifting. Proud Maori wahine Rex Landy has an apt term…”brownclowns”

I remember having a look at it. Caucasus & Europe for the men and Taiwan for the women is the conclusion that I came to. Everyone assumes the Europe side to be from after the British arrived but maybe it's Spanish or Portuguese as they were in the Pacific before the British were. Caucasus is an interesting one but 40% or so of the male DNA was of that origin when I last looked.

It sounds like the Jagose siblings are proponents of CRT - Confused Racial Theories.

Who created and then stacked the supreme court with her own ideologues? Helen Clark; who now says people don't trust the government and that's some one else's fault. Helen Clark the failure that trained Jacinda Ardern, so she could ruin NZ some more. Just remember 15 of the last 25 years of NZ politics is Helen Clark's fault.

My family knew the Jagose in Ashburton in the early 1970s. They were wonderful people, in fact my parents fought against a degree of racism that was apparent in Ashburton Hospital at the time to ensure that Mr Jagose could practise. It is a real shame that the children Feros and Una demonstrate traits that seem to align with racists. I am very disappointed - and their parents would turn over in their graves.

Thanks John, good to learn more about this activist cow. She’s obviously rather thick as there are no ‘Maori’ and haven’t been since 1840. There’s no country called ‘Maori’ that I know of. Why folk keep referring to fractional descendants of Treaty signatories (said folk are now NZ citizens by birth thanks to the Treaty) as ‘Maori’ baffles me.

Barry Watkin's avatar

Agree Boris, yet their hypocrisy escapes them still.

All NZ citizens must be treated equally and without prejudice. End of.

John, congratulations on yet another great expose’.

This frightful , racist and odious woman has absolutely no authority to talk down to us because she maintains a more superior view on issues.

Be gone you screeching harridan with your warped opinions - that few agree with , simply go !

The intentional of psychological stress or battery is tortiously actionable as an intentional tort. The Crown was supposed to act honourably. Arguably this is misconduct for LCA 2006 purposes. The professors of the school of resentment know no ethical guardrails.
